OBJECTIVES  Wellbeing & Happiness Skills Training

This training session aims to familiarise teachers with a number of well-being and happiness skills based on Positive Psychology which are in line with the Department guidelines regarding building resilience, self-awareness, responsibility, connectedness and positive communication skills in Secondary schools. The material can be used in the classroom in order to help students to build well-being and happiness in their ordinary lives.
